She asked for my honors number and I showed her one of my countless emails and previous confirmations where she was able to identify the number, however this seemed to annoy her and she became very sharp and almost seemed annoyed at my checking in at 3:00 am. On arrival I was greeted by a receptionist who equally couldn't verify my honors membership, however another younger lady stepped from the back room and stated she was the one I spoke with and she would handle my room. During the call I was asked for information and was told they couldn't find my honors membership. I ended up landing in KC at 2:00 am Saturday morning 7/29/23 and promptly called for a shuttle. During my delays I reviewed the room rates for KC Hilton and equally called 'speaking to a very courteous and helpful older lady' who acknowledged there were plenty of rooms available. On my return I was delayed and had spent a very long day in the Houston airport on 7/28/23. I recently traveled to South Carolina and stayed at your facility at the KC airport on 7/23/23.
